Earlier this year we met the fine folks of Xul Brewing when our
Blue Comet was only bested by their beer Rhymes Like Dimes at
World Beer Cup. About a month ago and after a handful of
margaritas down at Pearl & Lime we got to talking about those
two beers and that conversation got us thinking we should build
a recipe based on the idea of highlighting what we love about
each of them.
The results are killer and we can't wait to share them with you!
Brewed with a blend of each beers malt bill, and then hopped
with a sweet mix of what makes each beer pop, Citra, our estate
grown Comet, and Nelson. Tasting notes of mango, passionfruit,
and apricot over a canvas of dank resin. This beer reeks like all
the tropical fruit.
