正統派のアメリカンスタイルIPA。　
クラシックでパイニーなホップは使わず、シトラとアマリロを大量に使用しました。シトラスな風味と香り、そして背後にほんのりパイニーでスパイシーさが漂います。

超ドライにはしたくなかったので、少量のクリスタルモルトを加えています。そのお蔭で、ボディと軽い甘さも加わりました。ビタリングには、オーパルホップを使用。口の中で苦みが残らずスッと消えていくような滑らかな苦みに仕上りました。
It has been a while since we brewed a straight American style IPA. Rather than using classic, piney hops we went mainly with Citra and Amarillo to give a big citrusy aroma and flavor with a little pine and spiciness in the background. We didn't want the beer to be super dry either so added a touch of crystal malt for body and a little sweetness. We used Opal to bitter with which gives the beer a smooth bitterness that doesn't linger and build. It's an IPA we could drink all day.
