常に変化し続けるモダンなウェストコーストIPAの心を見つけるという我々の使命の中心にあるのは、レノベーションIPA。アメリカ産2-Rowモルトをベースに、カスケードとチヌーク、モザイク、アマリロのホップを使用し、フレッシュなグレープフルーツ、パイン、ほのかなラズベリーのホップフレーバーと、しっかりとした苦味が理想的なハーモニーを奏でます。新鮮なシーフードとの相性は抜群で、また、燻製やグリルした肉との相性も抜群だ。アルコール度数6.5％で、爽やかで飲みやすく、ホップの風味が光る。

Wrenovation is always at the center of our mission to find the heart of the ever-changing, modern West Coast IPA. It’s built on a lean American 2-Row Malt base that finishes dry to showcase Cascade Cup winning Cascade, along with stunning Chinook hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, CO and Pacific Northwest-grown Mosaic, and Amarillo that burst with an ideal harmony of fresh grapefruit, pine, and subtle raspberry hop flavors with a sturdy, supportive bitterness. It’s a prime pairing with fresh seafood and excellent with smoked, or grilled meat. Heck, we’ve even been known to drink it all on its own. At 6.5%, it’s crisp and drinkable all afternoon with a hoppiness that shines.
