Schramm’s Heritage Raspberry is a cousin to our standard Raspberry melomel, madeexclusively with Heritage raspberries, the same variety used in Schramm’s The Heartof Darkness. Grown and loved by the Schramm family for generations, we were ableto find a high-quality commercial source for these berries that took us back topicking them off the bushes in Grandpa Schramm’s backyard. We think this jammy,bright and extremely flavorful mead would make him proud. This is a single-varietalraspberry mead made with Heritage raspberries, one of Schramm’s favoriteraspberry varieties.

Schrammの「Heritage Raspberry」は通常のラズベリーメロメルの従兄弟のような存在で、ラズベリー「Heritage」のみを使ったミードになります。Schrammの「The Heart of Darkness」において使⽤したのと同じ品種です。Schram家によって何世代にもわたって育てられ、愛されてきたこのベリーの⾼品質な供給源を⾒つけることができました。かつてSchrammの祖⽗の庭にある低⽊からベリーをもぎとった⽇々を思い出させます。この素晴らしく味わい深いミードを、彼は誇りに思ったでしょう。このミードは、Schrammが最も気に⼊っているラズベリー品種の⼀つである「Heritage」のみを使った、シングル・ヴァラエタルのミードです。
