Be Easy Brewing 初めてホワイトIPA ! ニュージーランドのHOPと、コリアンダー・オレンジピール、そしてベルギーの酵母からくるキャラクター。すべてのバランスが楽しめ、クリーミーでふわふわする食感がフルーティーな華やかさをより感じさせてくれます！・・・雪降る岩木山、ふわふわなイメージでぜひ飲んでみてくださいね。

This beer is our first try at making a white IPA. We used New Zealand hops to help accentuate the spice character from the Belgian yeast as well as the coriander. The orange peels help tie the fruitiness from the hops into the beer. Over half of the malt is wheat and oats which add a creamy and fluffy mouthfeel to support the big bold flavors in the beer.
