5oz taster from bottle at out of the barrel. Wow what great flavor: 10/10. Very sweet. Light strawberry tartness. Deep red almost black
color. Hints at a higher ABV, but well hidden with the sweetness. Almost like 10x eating a real strawberry. Lots of coconut barrel aroma.
No bitterness of course. $20, but worth it. Excellent!
