津軽塗をつくるにはとても手間がかかり、時間もかかります。「青森のいいもの」シリーズで紹介するならビールのスタイルも合わせないといけないと思い、バーレーワインを思いつきました。バーレーワインは醸造するのに、時間も手間もかかります。今回の醸造ももし違うビールなら2回醸造出来たほど。アルコール度数は今まで Be Easyの中で1番高い! 11%! ダークフルーツ、レーズン、焦げたキャラメル、ビスケット、少し杏の香り味があり、半日近く煮沸したから口当たりがまろやか、でも重くならない。ゆっくり味わって飲んでほしいビールです。

Part of our ongoing series of introducing great things from Aomori we decided to go with Tsugaru Nuri. This is a traditional lacquerware that takes months and endless hours to create. We thought that the best beer to fit this same pattern would be an English Barleywine coming in at 11%. The time it took us to brew this we could have made two other batches of beer, but that is the process when wanting to create something special. Enjoy this beer now, next year, or five years down the road, just like Tsugaru Nuri.
