HOLÖ (pronounced Hollow) is our first TIPA of 2021 and named after the holographic
label stock that reminded us of our youth. Hops heads can unite over Joe’s heavyhanded dry-hopping of Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe that provides a bouquet of
orange and grapefruit peel countered by stone fruit and a blueberry(!) dankness. Pillowy
and soft with little to no bitterness and sweetness that’s just right.

2021年最初のTIPAであるHOLÖ（ホロー）は、私たちの⻘春時代を思い出させてくれ
るホログラムのラベルストックにちなんで名付けられました。シトラ、モザイク、ア
マリロ、シムコーを使ったジョーの強⼒なドライホッピングにより、オレンジやグ
レープフルーツの⽪のようなブーケと、ストーンフルーツやブルーベリー（！）のよ
うなダンクさが感じられ、ホップ好きにはたまりません。苦味はほとんどなく、適度
な⽢みがあり、ソフトな味わいです。
