Be Easy Brewing 5周年記念醸造の第2弾は、友人であるWest Coast Brewingと一緒につくりました。彼らから学んだスタウトの醸造過程をBe Easy Brewingで実践。でも普通のビールじゃつまらないので、製造過程で大量のオレオクッキーを投入しました！ 香りにはチョコレートクッキーやミルク。ビターな風味も。クリーミーだけれど豊かな口当たりが、バランスを失うことなく甘く濃厚なニュアンスを残しています。　　

We made this beer with our friends over at West Coast Brewing. We decided to learn about their stout-making process and apply it here at Be Easy. It couldn't just be a regular beer though so we used a ton of Oreo cookies in the process! The beer smells like chocolate cookies and milk. A creamy but full mouthfeel leaves the beer feeling decadent without overpowering the palate.
