野沢温泉産の小麦を使用したホワイトエール。 甘みはあまりなく、ドライな仕上がり。白ブドウのような香りのホップを使用しています。スッキリした味わいで大変飲みやすいです。

This is wheat beer brewed using 50%of its ingredients grown in Nozawa Onsen. Along with the spring water from our mountain this makes the vast majoriy of the ingredients of this beer local. It is pale/white in colour and at 4.5% adv is very drinkable.
