米国オレゴン州の人気ブルワリー、Ex Novo Brewingとのスペシャルコラボビール。ベースとなるのは、すっきりとした飲み飽きない味わいが特徴のケルシュ。このケルシュにオレゴン産のローズマリーをかけ合わせることで、ハーバルな仕上がりのビールになっています。グラスに注いだ瞬間は青草を思わせるフレッシュなローズマリーの香り。それを下支えするのがSaphirホップ由来のノーブルでスパイシーな香り、そして、オレンジピール由来の柑橘香が全体をまとめあげます。※本商品は原材料に小麦麦芽を含みます。

The base beer is Kölsch, which traditionally made in Cologne, Germany. While it is beer made with top-fermenting yeast (ale yeast), it is fermented and aged at low temperature, resulting in lager-like beer style with clean and refreshing taste. This kölsch is added rosemary to give the beer herbal finish.When poured into the glass, it has fresh rosemary aroma reminiscent of green grass. This is supported by the noble and spicy aroma derived from Saphir hops, and the citrus aroma derived from orange peel rounds it all out.You can enjoy the harmony between the firm bitterness and rosemary aroma.
